Who We Are

The Help America Vote Alliance is a 501 (c) (4) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a robust network of civic engagement & voting advocacy champions — focusing on attorneys, but including organizers, advocates, and elected officials. The Help America Vote Alliance serves as a premier hub for organizing and resources for the progressive legal community. HAVA champions causes that help ensure the preservation of our democracy and the advancement of progressive ideals, including the protection and preservation of voting rights.

HAVA WILL:

Train a robust network of attorneys to assist with voting rights and policy development.
Support legal and judicial candidates who will uphold democratic principles.
Arm the public with the information they need to be voter protection champions.
Develop programming that aligns with our mission statement, purpose, and goals.
